Over a career spanning more than twenty-five years, Greg has managed projects ranging from custom residential renovations and new construction to multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial developments.

As a licensed architect and principal of both architecture and real estate development ventures, Greg has spent his career working across the full lifecycle of the built environment. His experience includes property acquisition and due diligence, development strategy, architectural design, permitting, consultant coordination, construction management, and long-term asset oversight. For more than a decade, he has led the adaptive reuse and development of residential, multifamily, and mixed-use properties throughout the Washington, DC region.

This breadth of experience provides a perspective that is uncommon in the industry. Greg approaches each project not only as an architect, but also as a builder, developer, owner's representative, and advocate for his clients' goals.
