Greg has operated as an architect, builder, developer, owner's representative, and project leader. He has evaluated properties, designed projects, managed construction, carried development risk, coordinated consultants, and delivered completed projects. This breadth of experience allows him to assess opportunities, identify risks, and guide projects in ways that specialists operating within a single discipline cannot.
